Require a flatmate for lawn facing 4BHK in DLF OAKWOOD as one of the flatmate is getting transferred. The to be occupied room (Rent 12000) has attached bathroom with western closet and has ample number of wardrobe space.
The house has four separate rooms and common kitchen and hall. The fixed rent per month to be paid as per deed is 47,000 for the entire home. The rent of the rest of the three rooms is 13000, 11500 & 10500 (all three has occupants). The to be continued flatmates work for Ford, Airtel & Nestle. Occupants have a chipped in with Fridge, LPG, Washing Machine and basic cooking utensils. All four of us have invested in AC's individually for their rooms. It has an up and running kitchen and one can join and share expenses of cooking if interested. However Electricity bill and house cleaning maid expenses have to be equally shared on actual usage basis. We have been renting this apartment for 2 years and have the goodwill of our immediate neighbours and landlord and expect someone who can keep-up the tranquillity of this place.
DLF OAKWOOD is located at the confluence of Cyber City, NH 8, MG Rd & Golf course Rd. OAKWOOD is a renowned society secured with tower wise CC TV aided security guards, 24 hrs power back up, on call availability of plumber/electrician, green lawns, mother dairy shop, tennis court, basketball half court, practice cricket nets, small food ball ground, badminton court, swimming pool, gym and clubhouse.
What I intent to transfer and get paid for is 52000 is for as follows.
1. Two months rental advance 2*12000 = 24000 (refundable)
2. Half month rent 6000
3. EB 1000 (approx.)
4. Voltas AC with V guard stabilizer bought newly by me 18000
5. A reading wooden table and Nilkamal Chair 2000
6. Rental agreement new 1000 (approx.)
What I paid for and want to transfer freely saving you cost (Approx 12-14 K), time and coordinating efforts
1. House Brokerage
2. Washroom fittings, AC Fitting & Internet setting up
3. House and Kitchen setting up and basic cleaning stuffs etc.
4. Mattress, Pillow with cover and one bedspread.
